“We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain”—HEBREWS 6:19

  •  “Shame dies when stories are told in safe places” — ANN VOSKAMP

"The truth about stories is, that's all we are." — THOMAS KING

  • OUR VISION

As an initiative of the IMPACT MOVEMENT, Inc., our desire is to see college students, staff, churches, and parachurch organizations equipped to meet the emotional, spiritual, and holistic needs of our times through the development of trauma-informed discipleship resources.

STORY WORK METHOD

  • WRITING

Words matter. Your words shape how you view your self and where you’ve come from. Expressive writing can be a powerful way to connect with deep emotions and help you understand more of your experiences.

  • REFLECTING

Group processing is a place to hear from others, to gain insight, and reflect on where you are in the story. We were never meant to struggle alone and group is a place to grow our capacity to be present to ourselves and others.

  • THRIVING

Where do we go from here? In this process we look forward to living out our calling and our purpose through the particularity of our pain, not in spite of it. Dealing with our past in honest ways can lead us to transformation, growth, and a deepened sense of mission.
